You’ll be responsible for leading a complex, multi-year retail project in Melbourne’s South East, involving: Demolition Structural concrete New build works Refurbishment and fit-out All within a live trading environment The build is staged and highly programmed, requiring sharp thinking, clear leadership, and someone who knows how to run a tight site without cutting corners . You’ll have a strong Project Manager and head office support behind you, but day to day, the site is yours to run. If you're not already operating at Site or Senior Site Manager level, or don't have experience delivering large commercial or retail builds with multiple moving parts, this isn’t the right fit. This role is built for a seasoned Site Manager who thrives in high-pressure, high-stakes environments. You’ll be leading a multi-stage, large retail development in Melbourne’s South-East — a complex, two-year project involving demolition, structural concrete, new build, refurb, and fit-out within a live, operational site. If you’re calm under pressure, confident with technical builds, and a proven leader on-site — this is for you.
